Mountains in North Carolina. HKC has a
history of exceptional results for its campers. Using these proven menus
and recipes will enhance the health and wellbeing of Blast Members.
In addition to the Nutrition Manual and HKC recipes and menus, all members
will receive a Pocket-Size Food Journal where they can record their weight,
the date, whether or not they planned their meals, the amount of water
intake for the day, exercise for the day, and comments and feelings on the
day. Members will be able to go over their Food Journals with a Personal
Coach during their complimentary Personal Coaching Session.
Blast Members will be provided with quarterly assessments, tracking member’s
progress. Members will use the high-tech Tanita Scale and will be provided
with a printed page outlining their weight, BMI, percentage of fat, and a
variety of other health factors. In addition, members will be assessed on
their strength training and cardiovascular abilities.
